For stars entering black holes, it depends on where the measurement is taken. If measured from the star's point of view, it isn't going nearly as fast as from an outside point of view. Of course with the bending of light near a black hole it becomes difficult to measure from a distance.

I agree that hydrogen peroxide powered vehicles shouldn't be on the list. If all that is required is for the chemical propellant to have hydrogen in it then almost all vehicles are hydrogen powered.

Given that space was collapsed to a point at the start of the big bang and has been expanding ever since (at different rates), technically the big bang happened at all point in space (in our universe at least).

Isn't "crappy iPhone" redundant?

I had a '95 Maxima (SE, 5-speed) until a couple of years ago. With 190hp/205ft-lbs and only 2870lbs (according to wikipedia) it was actually pretty fast. However, the steering was awful, at least on mine. Of course I picked it up for just over $1000 so it's hard to complain.

As a Waze user wouldn't it always be better for you to lie about conditions to make your commute better?

I slept in the back of my QX-4 (Pathfinder) a bunch of times this past summer. With the back seats folded down, if you sleep diagonally to maximize space, there is room for about a 6' person. Unfortunately I am 6'2", so I had to sleep with my legs bent. I really thought that a full-size SUV would have more space.

"De-ice" really means they need to reload the chemtrail tanks.

I just can't understand how these are that expensive. They aren't pretty or fun to drive. They aren't really even very iconic.

Yeah, me too. The want is so strong for this car. Love this era of boxy Mercedes and this is the best of them.

It's kinda neat I guess. The C4 it's based on is not at all desirable to me, so I'd say it's worth a premium over that. So a C4 is worth what, $7000? I'd say NP at $9k then. $36k would only be ok if this was a C6 turned into an F430.

Maybe it was a pun/portmanteau of Hasbro and borrow (Has-borrow)?

Yeah, I knew the law here in Canada, I had no idea it was that ridiculous in the US. I think that our (Canadian) laws are too strict (e.g. if tenants grow pot your house can be seized).

Even better would be to increase sanctions because of the fly-overs. Nobody has to die, same effect.

The silver cars looks far better. The wheels/tire are about the same to me. I just don't get the whole low-pro thing.

While that may be true, I don't think that ownership of Fiat 500s is any indication of that. The Abarth doesn't really scream "mature" to me. Though you may be on to something as according to Wikipedia Canadians are, on average, 4 years older than Americans.

Maybe its more likely to be salvageable if the motor is turned off before the water hits the intake?

Safety (and wife that works in the ER) is the reason that I haven't pulled the trigger. However, I'm getting closer every day. I've been riding my bicycle to work every day for the past 8 years or so and am now (hopefully) old enough to not kill myself recklessly. I plan on just starting with something small and

I've looked at getting a TL myself, but the FWD kept me away (and it's hard to find a manual). Its direct competitors are mostly RWD (e.g. G35, IS300).

How many people will buy Hellcats because OMGZ 707 HP! and then secretly not enjoy driving them as much as they expected?
