...? Older Defenders have legendary reliability.

If they make a Miata coupe with the 2L skyactiv + turbo for less than $35,000 AND I can fit in it, then I would buy one. I'm betting that this is just the PRHT though, not a real coupe. And I really doubt they would offer a factory turbo.

Well they could build it at one of their US plants if they were planning on selling it here. If they can make profit on them at $35k in Japan, they could probably sell them for $30k in the US.

I still prefer to use my PC for all of those tasks, with the exception of banking. My bank's app is actually really good. But reading email, news, google searches, calendar reminders are all easier on my computer.

This is when the answer is not Miata. I don't think I could physically sleep in one without large doses of sedatives.

Would be difficult given that he died more than 15 years ago.

Starred for Defender love.

Cool car and it looks like the swap was well done, but that price must be a typo. I'd say that he would be lucky to get more than $7k. $30k is just ridiculous.

My favorite is when you get really lucky the first time you play a new game and beat your friend who is skilled at said game then immediately refuse to play again, retiring undefeated.

Hey, if they can make money doing it then why not?

Didn't he have any friends with a spare couch? I've had a number of friends that were essentially homeless, but they were able to keep a roof over their head by staying on their friends' couches for a few weeks at a time. Having a car isn't exactly cheap either. Or was it not even insured / running?

Ugh, this is just another reason that so many people can't stand this site. Who cares about a few troll posting offensive images. The best way to deal with them is to ignore them. It's the internet here, grow a thicker skin. It's not like these are personal or anything.

Not sure if it has already been posted, but I nominate the Skyline GT-R.

There seems to be a thriving market for police strippers.

But what is a ZJ?

Not to mention that many stations don't even have 93 in Canada.

As others said, it's the lack of torque in the Toyobaru. I haven't driven the ST, but the FR-S I drove just didn't have any low end "punch" to it. Of course it didn't help that the dealer only had automatics for test drives.

You have good points, but I think that there has to be a middle ground. If they can automate most of their manufacturing process then they don't have to worry (as much) about idle workers. I'm hoping that Tesla is able to adjust consumer perceptions/desires enough that they would rather wait a few weeks to get

I see probably 5+ on a daily basis commuting here in Vancouver.
