Kings Quest, Police Quest, Space Quest and Leisure Suit Larry. What more can I say, those games were the pillars and the cornerstones of my budding love affair with video games. I’m looking forward to playing Colossal Cave and would love to see some sequels to those beloved classics as well!

That ME3 ending was terrible, and it’s totally why I spent weeks sending all kinds of threats and shit to the developers that were completely justified. Oh, wait, I’m recalling that wrong. Actually, I went ‘well that ending was lame’ and then went to play another game.

This is why I raise an eyebrow whenever ostensibly left-leaning people argue that “identity politics” (which I would argue LGBTQ+ issues fall under) are a “distraction” from the U.S.’s economic problems (the so-called “real problem”). We absolutely need universal healthcare and stronger labor laws. But if we don’t

For a second there, I was hoping it would’ve been a new Burnout game (Burnout Paradise Remastered in 2018 doesn’t count). Not open world, but more like the old Burnout 3 (2004) or Burnout Revenge (2005).

You need to see a newer style slot machine then.  They’re all flashing lights and escalating sounds/music, kinda like what happens when you pick up and open a treasure chest. Which makes sense because the creator used to make/program slot machines.

Don’t knock it till you try it.

it’s 3 bucks, try it and see, it’s by far GOTY as far as value per dollar goes

That is the point, its a super simple control scheme.  You can control where some things shoot and some items always shoot in the same direction.  But the random stuff is part of the fun and challenge.

Vampire Survivors is the best $3 slot machine I've ever played.

The progression sort of hits a wall once you get close enough to the rolling server paragon level. A friend and I have been playing it since launch, with the intention of paying zero dollars and just seeing if it scratches a Diablo itch along the way.

Ybarra defended the game, saying Blizzard built it so players could “literally do 99.5% of everything in the game” for free while still getting a full “Diablo experience.””

“NG+ is a game mode where you start the game over with all the gear and skills you’ve unlocked, but it comes with one unexpected problem: you start the game over with all the gear and skills you’ve unlocked.”

If I’m playing the game for a refresher, I don’t need my inventory to make sense to the plot. I already know how it plays out and it’s basically a recap.

No shit! No NG+ mode makes any sense story wise. It just gives you a new-ish experience and makes side quests easier.

It also doesn’t make a lick of narrative sense.”

Hi I’m a graphic designer and digital printing operator (soon to move on to a new career). PDF, while initially pitched by Adobe with Acrobat, is developped as a consortium today. It is so widely used because of its ability to accurately encapsulate print-ready documents along with all the components they need to be

I can’t remember the last time I put a physical disc in a console or computer. With the amount of patches, updates, etc. even on day one, they kind of seem obsolete, no?

I think by “shitty” you mean “glorious and amazing”. It’s one of the only accounts that makes the shitbird app worthwhile. It’s how every corporate Twitter account should operate.

What, precisely, is the point of having a “Social Team” if they are not also the people in charge of the (verified) twitter account?

Are customers really supposed to waste their money on games that won’t continue to function? I would never buy a multiplayer game if I knew that were the rule.
