I assume most world leaders have a security briefing first thing when they wake up in the morning. They get to hear, in detail, far more than we do about exactly how bad the situation is while they try to stomach their breakfasts.

He’s been impeachable since day one. They won’t do it: he has >75% approval among registered Republicans and the establishment wing of the party is under attack from the Trumpians. That means anyone who votes to remove him is almost assured of losing their next primary.
