That passing privilege gives her a unique perspective on the rigid binary talked about in the article? That "intersectionality" continues to be mostly used by white people to describe other people's minority status for them? That expressing self-centered outrage about this topic in any direction is itself a huge

Can we talk about the trolls in the fucking comments bitching that women categorically don't do "dangerous jobs," don't die in the workplace, and that "women play at [those] and real men actually do the jobs"?

Anne of Windy Poplars and Anne of Ingleside were written for money, and long after Montgomery had (by her own confession) grown tired of writing about Anne. So I cut her some slack. Actually, a lot of slack. She nursed her husband through multiple periods of mental illness and went through bouts of depression

I got a word for you. Colonialism. You're welcome.

He sounds like a keeper. I want him. I want to be his vessel for the new world order.

Fun fact, your "lordship": "aristocratic"does not need to be capitalized in your post. It's not an extra special adjective just because it describes extra douchy shit bags. Also, where you wrote "make sure your ready for my genetic line", it should read "make sure you're ready for my genetic line". The fact that you

NERD RAAAAGEEEEEE I want this guys address. Im going to write a treatise on "N" numbers on poster board, wrap it around a bat, and whack him about the neck and shoulders with it until he screams "OFTEN HIGH N NUMBERS ARE GOOD AND CAN REDUCE VARIABILITY" because SCIENCE, MOTHERFUCKER.

So this is what happens when

are we sure this isn't Kanye West speaking?

OH MY GOD. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY'S BLOG. just a warning for all of you. Wow this guy is human shit. literal. shit. gross gross gross gross gross. *dry heaving/puking motions

He is the troll under the bridge in the story he tells himself about his life.

I think Asians have it the worst in the entertainment industry, and I say this as a black woman. How often do we see Asian characters that are NOT stereotypes? I can only think of one: Mindy Kaling on her show The Mindy Project, but then again, it's her show so of course she's not going to be racially insensitive

What Asian-American writer and/or producer can we rally behind that casts Asian-American actors (not counting Mindy)? Any webisodes we want to see on network tv? It would be great to see some change begin behind the camera.

First off, I'm not Asian. I'm black with distant Chinese heritage but was not exposed to the culture. Anyway, I watched 2 Broke Girls once and was just disgusted by its stereotypes of Asian people. It was really racist and totally turned me off from the show. Asian man fawning over tall white woman and numerous jokes

I think the discussion of things like date nights and gifts is going to result in a whole bunch of people crowing about how they're simple lentil-eaters and love is all their particular relationship needs.

Um, if this isn't sarcasm, then thank you!

This is representative of the way an entitled mind works, especially for the privileged:

Lea is amazing and strong in the face of the loss of her fiance. I lost my husband to suicide almost a year ago today. Regardless of the way he died, it is important to remember that he had a disease and has left his family and friends with a loss and pain that will not be easy to overcome, and will take years to

Congrats. Now he's featured, PROMINENTLY, on Jezebel.

This kind of sadsackofdicks is just here to get as much attention as possible. And you are feeling him. He is an IRLTroll. Stop feeing him and let him die quietly.
