I’m 31 and feeling about the same as you. Main thing that’s got me excited is playing Ghosts, Last of Us 2 and Final Fantasy 7 on a machine that doesn’t sound like a plane taking off.

Speaking as a British citizen who was sickened by them at the time I would have no objection to a special one off extraordinary rendition of Andrew to America. Can even bring back the whole band and torture him for old times sake. 

I read the vulture article earlier today and immediately texted a link to my friend with the comment that I couldn’t wait to watch the inevitable Netflix mini series in a few years on the sheer hubris of it all.

No problem! Only recently changed and the only sites that really reported on it were the dedicated VR ones. 

They changed their metrics in the past few months to include PCs that have had a headset attached in the past 30 days.

Having played Alyx it does look a lot nicer than anything I’ve played on my PS VR. Minimum requirement is a 1060 which has 4.4 teraflops so not too far off a PS4 Pro but it also needs a fairly beefy processor which I think would be the downfall since the PS4 basically has a souped up laptop processor from 2013 in it.

Main problem with PS VR is the tracking. It’s based on the camera that launched alongside the PS4 and it has a fairly limited FOV so it’s easy to love your hands/head outside of the tracked area.
