‘Lord of War’ was actually a pretty good movie and I recall thinking that there were parallels to that movie when I first saw ‘Iron Man’.

My pitch certainly wasn’t as good as the eventual film. So everyone made the right choice.

Yes, having to remember to carry that stupid adapter with you everywhere will be very convenient.

One issue is that you can’t have your phone on the charger while listening to music using the headphone jack adapter.

Let’s say I don’t like the quality of bluetooth headphones and I tend to use my phone heavily during the day. I currently end up using a battery pack with a wired headphone ... this won’t be possible as you’ll have to plug either headphone adapter or battery pack.

Didn’t you hear the keynote? The #1 reason why they did it is “Courage”.

I shouldn’t need a fucking adapter to plug my headphones into my phone. That’s not adding functionality, it’s adding complexity, and for no good fucking reason.

The adapter is what really irritates me. That’s an entirely different level of convenience, just to listen to music. Lost your adapter? Guess you’re stuck with bluetooth. In a car without bluetooth, but that has an Aux port? Sure hope you brought your adapter!

Looks like the headphone jack really is gone. I’m so deeply disappointed by that. Such a senseless thing to remove. Such a stupid step. I hope it comes back in the 8 because I’m not getting one without a jack. I spent way too much money on really good headphones. And don’t even talk to me about an adaptor. Ugh.

It’s just the same damn phone with small revisions. SMALL REVISIONS. I can’t comprehend iPhone fandom, I just can’t.
