While it certainly looks nice, can I just get a damn Alfa?

Kindle 4. What can I do? Book recommendations?

I've been using it for a few weeks now (Marco Arment recommended it) and it is very nice.

Make it a 1990 and I completely agree (and sort of want mine back)

Someone needs to clear this up for me: what is the difference between this and Amazon's regular app?

I jump all over the place, Smultron, WriteRoom, Word (08) and Pages and I find myself using Pages more and more because it is rather simple to use and works very well. I have played around with Office 11 and it do like it (much more than 08), but I don't see a need to pay for it when I have 08.

Ok, sort of the same question as last week, but that thread didn't yield any (working) answers.

I have a phone. Sure, it's officially a Samsung Transform and it runs Android (badly), but it's just a phone and thats how I refer to it.

Can Android developers please go buy some really cheap phones and text things on slow devices? I like the look, not so much the function, of the new app, but it is slower than a sleeping snail on my phone.

they wouldn't be controlled by someone else, but would keynote keep the audio embedded in the slides?

Ok, new work study question.

*dances*

I asked this over in the Google Music post earlier, but re-asking here.

I'm not seeing the "Create MP3 version" option in iTunes, and XLD is not playing nice with the DRM. Suggestions?

I'm OK with the idea of the movie, I just got worried when he was quoted as saying they were going to "start from scratch." As long as they adhere to the continuity, not explain it all, then a movie should be fine. There is no need to explain all the previous doctors or their adventures, but don't start with the first.

I feel like now is a good time to mention that Smultron is back, albeit in the Mac App Store and for $5. But it is fully updated with Lion support and everything.

Don't feel bad, I got banned at Gizmodo for pointing out, in a story about iPhone rumors being posted as actual news, how they tend to do the same thing, and more often.
