Just curious, if you were set on changing the fan why not go with an electric fan for the upgrade?

Anything Toyota. Yes, extremely reliable...but my god such terrible interior quality and design. It doesn’t matter if it’s a base model Corolla or a fully loaded Tundra, they all turn into horrendous plastic rattle traps before the first year is up.

I’m refuse to pay the Toyota tax ever again for a vehicle that

Look again. That little light below the driver side headlight is the turn signal for the 4th gen Accord

This is par for the course in every truck in America. The only number that matters is the one on the door jamb sticker.

I’ve been to Turkey several times on business and it is hands down my favorite country to visit. The food, culture, people...all fantastic.

Yes I realize that (they reported a $3B increase in inventory first half YOY), I’m just noting they turned that profit without that cash flow from the sale of ~60000 vehicles.

I do this with all the vehicles I buy. Let them load me up with as much cash on the hood as possible with whatever garbage interest rate is attached to it. I pay it off before I get my first invoice. Win - Win.

If you have the cash to pay the loan off before any interest who cares if they get a commission if you save the $5K? It’s a win-win, and about as good a scenario you could ask for in any business dealing. You’d rather have someone else get a commission and still pay $5k more?

Which is why the profit is surprising.

When was the last time he’s delivered on the initial promised timeline? has he ever?

Guess they better stop selling motorcycles then.

Kia dealers being Kia dealers...

Yes and no. You also have the issue of heat with fast charging. Good luck charging an EV battery in 5 minutes without the heat (at best) reducing battery life or (at worse) causing thermal runaway.

With current (and near future) battery tech there’s gonna have to be some sort of on-charger cooling system that runs

That’s not really representative of modern pickups now though. My RAM gets 15-20mpg depending city/hwy but will easily get half that or less towing a 6000lb camper. Same for the boat.

Yes, towing will severely reduce range in an EV pickup. Also yes, towing severly reduces range in a gas/diesel pickup.

The trick will be to make sure drivers don’t have to stop for 45 - 80 minutes (guessing really large battery packs for these trucks) every 150 miles. That reduced range isn’t such a pain in the ass

Many of these laws have a “blatant negligence” carve out that isn’t explicitly defined and therefore subjective, which enables many of these lawsuits.

Dodge Charger, Honda Pilot, RAM, Most BMWs...

The Ford is cheaper, looks better, and has better gas mileage all around....the Santa Cruz is DOA.

By the time you realize things are going wrong, that couple minutes are already gone. You have a few seconds at most to get out of the car before it turns into an inferno.

No, the problem is thermal runaway. Even if the initial fire is put out, it’s still likely to re-ignite other cells from the latent heat.
