No, I've owned 2, one of the nicest cars Ive ever seen. Stunning. Dashboard had a metal strip running through the middle the same colour as the car, made it a truly wonderful place to be in.
Thank you.
The first car a purchased (when I was 14) was a 1956 GMC Suburban Carrier pickup. Last I saw of it, it was appearing in a Dickies Commercial Contest: http://vimeo.com/31419475
Bought her in September of 98. I was 19. 94 RX-7 PEP. Still with me till this day.
More, please! Seriously- I would love to see these by segment (luxury, sport, SUV, etc) as well as model year. I'm sure you could pull together pictures from past years, or maybe go by decade. This could even be a yearly Jalopnik feature... Why am I getting so excited about this?
Have you driven it? How do you know it's underpowered? I did not see any stats on weight either.
I live my franchise a quarter century at a time. For those ten movies or less, I'm free.

Lancia once sold a dull family sedan with a Ferrari v8 stuffed under the hood. The Thema 8.32 was probably the cheapest car you could buy with a Ferrari engine
VW Common Rail TDIs (with DPF) are so poorly engineered that it is possible for them to hydrolock themselves without any outside interference (like rain, or puddles, etc).

Dear Scion/Toyota:
I just don't get why anyone would pay six figures for a street legal car. Ever. For any reason.

Expansive foam to create a well wikkid schmooved bodykit. Very similar to this Mercedes CL.
"Look, Jim, we already changed the front grill"
A car's reliability is heavily connected to the Competence of the owner and the maintenance it received. My cars exceed 250,000 miles because they get all maintenance items done regularly. Hoe many people change their auto Tranny fluid every 30,000 miles and then get a fluid+filter done on that transmission at…
Sporty coupes which aren't tiny or expensive.
The FR-S/BRZ is an attractive car, but by no stretch of the imagination is the design timeless. The worst part of that car is the rear end which incorporates Japanese styling tropes that are already showing their age; clear housings with too much chrome, round brake lights and a busy trunk lid.
