"for he is his name noah a covenant of the arc which is my family."

Look, if someone had picked up a gun and shot him, would it not have been murder? Taken his watch, that's still theft. Punched him in the face, still assualt. Just because he allowed himself to be vulnerable does not mean that anyone should take advantage of that. Also, arousal of any form is a biological response to

These stories are so dissimilar in intent, crime and characters that your statement essentially makes no sense.

SVU writers are probably crapping themselves with excitement right now.

The worst part of this for me was picturing getting a letter.. "Hey, just to let you know, your kid might have been raped."

I totally agree. I'm not sure we need to change first, but we need to change as well. While mostly men do the raping, rape culture is something that girls/women buy into and we need to educate ourselves and our daughters about the techniques of predators, but more, about trusting other women and thinking that

You know how usually the double standard regarding male vs. female promiscuity just seems annoying? This is an example of how fucking dangerous it is. Look how they're discrediting the victims. "She has a lot of sex, therefore she's an untrustworthy whore trying to damage the reputation of this guy who also has a lot

I want to find one, just one positive in this story, so good on the kid who recorded that drunk fucking scumbag. He should go into police work or something. You can hear him forcibly questioning "Brian," without cajoling him, and successfully getting a confession. Good on you kid. A+ job for an amateur.

I went to the police when I was raped my freshman year of college. They told me it was out of their jurisdiction and it would have to be handled by campus police and a student hearing. The campus police simply alerted the administrative staff, we had a "hearing" (in which I had to confront my older rapist face to face

I agree. It's worth noting in the episode, not trying to side with Kris Jenner for krist sakes, that Kim's family said she was being aggressive for even suggesting the idea of adopting and that she could do better things to help her out than just taking her back to the US.

Pretty sure they are in Thailand. That's why she's in an orphanage but her mom still visits her. They are most likely taught English by British or Australian speakers (very common especially there) and they often adopt the accent.

There's a long history of orphanages taking children whose parents cannot afford to care for them (I'm aware of this happening in Korea but am sure it happens elsewhere too). Unfortunately, this does mean that kids with parents who love them get adopted and shipped halfway across the world. Terrible.

Frankly, the Golden is way smarter than the rest of them. There are a number of huge sausages just lying there, and no little treat or bit of play with one's owner is ever going to make up for just running past them.

"B-b-b-but you were successful! Everyone else in your situation who fails is just lazy! Bootstraps! 'Murica! Wharrbargghalhlghgldkfjahd;fjfk"

Yep. And as founders you can do that, most of the other women know well that they would be putting their jobs at risk to not dress in an accepted manner.

As someone who strongly believes we need more women and POC directing movies, I'd like to point out that Beyond the Lights currently has a 91% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes so please get out there and support this film written and directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood.

Ahh, "experience". The universal palliative for underpaying or not paying people.

mine was very anticlimactic. we were in bed about to go to sleep, and he said "would you marry me?" and i said "sure" and that was about it. i didn't think it was a real proposal, but more of a, well, "would you..." question, but sure enough...

One guy got busted by the RA on the day after Halloween, dressed as a pirate swigging Captain. Guy stayed in character. 'Arrrrrrggg' and 'Write up' were thrown around a lot. Captain Tim, you forever have my respect. RA Kirk, you were destined to lose that fight.
