@ddhboy: Apple releases a phone once a year. Android has phones of some kind coming out several times a year. Its only a matter of time before they do eclipse the iphone, but its not exactly a competition is it?

@DirtyDogg: Its not their fault. Its not like developers and buyers don't have a choice which platform to use. Its just that Apple's atm is the best. Android is rising rapidly and with WP7 releasing soon, they should hopefully get a chunk of that.

@gebinsk: Steve has always been cracked and I believe it is up to Apple engineers to make sure they don't allow him to make these mistakes. In a perfect world, Steve would have little influence over what goes on, just ideas and presentations.

@gebinsk: While he did handle this horribly, and am literally appalled at that presentation, I think its a one-time thing. As long as Apple realizes internally that this was a huge mistake, it should be fine. Just don't let Steve make the big decisions anymore.

I happen to love the industrial look of the iPhone 4. Why the hell would I want to cover this beautiful product with a case!?

My favorite article I've read on here. Its articles like these that make Gizmodo the best tech blog out there. I don't care for your tech reviews, but thats what Engadget does best.

Not a new app, its been out for a while. But it is awesome if you need the sort of thing.
