Our Constitutional right to freedom of speech is implicitly and inextricably associated with a right to freedom of listening. The FCC doesn't seem to understand this.

@JDickson87: If Apple has one, I don't believe we've seen its cloud strategy. In contrast, Google long ago revealed enough of its strategy and business model to know privacy doesn't exist with it. At a minimum, user data needs to be encrypted in the cloud and over the Intertubes, with the user holding the keys…
