I agree in general, but these folks all passed away in their 60s and 70s in the 1990s, and trust me when I say they had no idea who Chris Rock or any other african-american comedian was beyond maybe Eddie Murphy. Nope these were just racists that were adamantly not racist, garden variety clueless people surrounded by

100% agreed. As much as I wish I could learn from some of my family, I was born super late in my parents’ lives. Mom was 40, dad was 50 back in ‘82. All but a few members of the extended family and my mother have passed away, and none were around to see the internet become what it is. That does also mean no family

Its the same thing white people say among friends and family. “Oh you know what I mean, not THAT kind of black”

Source: Am white, have had way too many racists in my family that pretend to not to be.

People rush the ring semi-frequently, less so than in the past, but usually they are taken down by security in seconds. Most fansjust do something stupid next to/behind the wrestler or mug for the camera before being tackled anyway, so I think there was a moment of “What’s this drunk asshat thinking?” going through

You do not want to mess with Heath Slater, the dude is/was an amateur boxer and knows how to hit. He isn’t small either. He may play a goof on TV but he knows how to hurt people. It was really nice seeing him get up there and try and direct traffic. He deserves so much more respect than he gets on TV.

I am waiting for a good sale for the digital deluxe Switch edition since it looks like so much fun, but I can’t see 80$ worth of fun from it at the moment. Does it require online play (asking in case servers get shut down)

GENTRIFICATION!

Wow didn’t expect to see old customers from back in the day here. We had a few issues with some customers at GC. I tried to take care of what I could, especially when we moved to West Allis.

my tattoo says PORNTIPSGUZZARDO

I have all of those games except Undertale (have it on PC) and Graceful Explosion Machine.

It didn’t click for me until I was out on my own and I realized the people that made the most money had a lot of money to begin with. Those that followed their non-traditional-career dreams had something to fall back on like family they could live with or a serious amount of cash padding right out of school.

This is a common thread I see dealing with “Pro” magic players (quotes because most I talk to have lucked into a few pro points and that’s it) people don’t realize how much money you need to have to make money at these kinds of hobbies.
Traveling from state to state to compete in Magic events, paying upwards of 50$ per

D&D is usually a bit more diverse than Magic can be, simply because most groups tend to start with a couple friends and branch out from there. Not to say horrible people don’t exist in dungeons and dragons, but it is less prevalent if you stay within similar social circles.

A lot of it also comes down to local communities and Local Game Stores. They need to start policing bad behavior, inappropiate comments and slang terms that make non-white, non-male individuals stay away more often than not.

I run events weekly and I have had to remove a number of players for using the term “F*ggot”

They just twist right off, want one?

The thing is DNF was only in production (For the version that was released) from 2009ish to 2011.

Same with Prey. The game we got was restarted enough times from the original Talon Brave game that the actual development was only a few years compared to the decades that get reported.

So we got Jimmy Garvin, Hawk, Animal, Bobby Eaton, Stinger, Flair and who are the others? The Narcissist?

Cigarettes. Lots and lots of cigarettes in their porch area.

I certainly don’t understand what they mean by Weezer “Corrupts future artists’ work”

If a band enjoys what they are doing and people are still enjoying the music, rock on.
