What does that mean to a non-gamer though? You get stuff shipped to your house? You win prizes?
We understand what that means but the concern (Supposedly) is about children being exposed to gambling-like mechanics.

I actually agree with the ESRB’s reason for not putting “loot boxes” on the label, it doesn’t make sense to someone that doesn’t play games. It sounds like you get prizes or that there are physical boxes you can get somehow.

As for the in-game purchases label, it is a stopgap measure for now. It isn’t perfect since

“What the hell are regionals?”

you know now that you mentioned it, it seems that he is a sad old man, lost, wandered out onto the football field, using a flag as a blankie just before security escorts him back to his room at the nursing home.....
Where he has been the whole time. Rocking back and forth muttering “Maga....maga....maga” holding his

From what I have read, I thought it was very bad people bringing guns from mexico that don’t care about our laws. /s

Typically they brag about how many rounds it can fire in so many seconds, similar to car enthusiasts’ “My car can g0 0 to 60 in..” kind of thing.

They also brag about the theoretical stopping power and how many people it could take out if “given the chance”. Obviously for when a mob of no-skin-color-mentioned people

I have heard this from many people in the city where I live. This is also the same group of people that have to have 10+ firearms for themselves even though they don’t hunt, but they “think they are cool”. They live a gun culture, and are convinced they are ready for an upcoming war on american soil in the midwest.

Gambling is defined a something that has 3 things. It has to have all three things to be gambling or it is not legally gambling.
1. Prize - something of value needs to be able to be won.
2. Consideration (Something paid monetarily or not to make the gambling event happen)
3. Chance (must not be based on skill)

The part

Correct, they fail the VALUE test. Nothing in the crates has actual Value. You are purchasing a randomized pack of items. There may be a perceived value, but there is no monetary value. That junk scrap ore vs a badass space robot you could open isn’t actually worth anything more than the other.

This will go past loot boxes. This is why we didn’t want the government in our video games in the 90's when it came to violence or objectionable content. It is a very dangerous precedent to demand regulation on something the government doesn’t actually understand.

If loot boxes are restricted or banned, Magic Online,

I wanted more bananas in my runts but got more limes! Billy on the playground values Bananas at 4:1 when it comes to strawberries.

Maybe we can treat the armed guards like teachers. Severely underpay them, and make them buy their own chalk...I mean bullets. That sounds like a recipe for success.

I’ll be straight up here...I think I understand why people buy into false flags. It occurred to me as I read your comment.

These people would rather live in a world where the government makes up elaborate conspiracy hoaxes to control people and take away their guns (Which they logically would not need if all these

I’d rather have a very angry person with access to knives, baseball bats, sharp sticks, even gasoline or a vehicle (since that is the next argument that comes up.) than firearms. They do massive damage over an extended period of time with zero warning and nearly zero retaliation in most situations.

Yes someone could

I would love to see more games come to the switch, just like I wanted to see more games ported to the Vita. Both are impressive at what they do, and the more options on the go, the better!

If there were some magical way to make Nintendo games appear on the Xbone or PSQuad, that would be awesome too, since then people

I think there is a massive difference between having a “black star” (co-star really in MIB) and having an actual black cast. Hollywood rarely takes risks like this, since many people see an all/mostly black featured cast as “a black movie for black people.”

It is safe to have a big action star like Will Smith or

I must say I was disappointed that Mouth Moods or Mouth Sounds didn’t start playing when I selected “music on”.

Oh good I wasn’t the only one confused by the golden gate bridge.
I thought the spider-verse took place mostly in and around NY.

Apparently you haven’t played many board game adaptations on mobile, there are plenty that are fantastic. And sometimes people don’t want to play a 40+ hour game, so this is a nice option for them.
