While I don’t doubt this happened, wouldn’t Target and the authorities be able to track the sale due to the system having serial numbers on the box that match the console?

It seems with this getting some press attention they would try and track down the person who returned the system.

We have actually had customers that come in and keep their hands on their holstered firearm like they are going to draw it at any second the entire time they are in our store (traditional gaming/collectibles store) and have no problem “Subtly” showing off their gun at every opportunity when confronted.

I work at a local gaming/collectibles store and our policy is pretty simple, if not the most friendly (due to most of our merchandise being either card/board games that can’t be resold if opened or sports clothing that people LOVE to wear to a party then attempt to return)
