If you spent 4 grand on the laptop then the memory would be maxed out so what exactly would you be upgrading?

I think the average person that visits this site is going to be pissed because they can't buy low and upgrade cheap. You can buy a fully loaded model that negates any reason to upgrade but the cost is fracking ridiculous.

They would simply replace the guts in the lower half. The actual hardware inside is only ~40% of the actual laptop cost so simply swapping out the laptop is not within their best interest.
