I can’t say this personally because I would have voted for the Democratic nominee regardless of who it was but that’s because I understand the impact that Trump’s SCOTUS nomination(s) are going to have on the next generation.

The vast majority of people who voted for Trump say their economic situation is worse off than it was eight years ago. It doesn’t matter to them if other people are doing better.

Actually Democrats have been creating re-training programs in the areas that have been most impacted by this sort of thing for years. They have tried. They are trying.

From your description, it sounds like they ARE inherently racist. They voted for a person with an objectively worse economic policy specifically because it catered to white people.
