When we switched from giant gas sucking cars to smaller fuel efficient cars back in the 70-80s they were not MORE expensive, larger, and luxurious than the big gas hogs. They were smaller and cheaper. Something similar needs to happen with EVs.

Drunk drivers blow through stop signs. Stoned drivers wait for them to turn green.

I smoked a good amount of weed in college and post, as well as a concert here and there. I also would never step on a cruise ship (recently wed, nearly dead, and over-fed…). That said, I think the legal ramification of being on an international cruise, or even going from state to state with differing laws makes the

Okay I feel better about people again

So much for your claim of not trying to victim blame.

Yeeeees this! We go to BJs (like Costco) gas station and the number of people that pick the first two pumps and end up blocking access to the other eight pumps absolutely drives me insane! Its partially the architects  fault but come on people, just a little bit of common sense and we can all go home with lower blood

I totally get that, although I’d try and go for the 30k-50k mile range if possible. When I mean molested, I’m talking about stuff like smoked tailights, an aftermarket soundsystem, and pretty much anything done to the mechanicals/suspension except for maybe an exhaust. As close to original as possible, within reason

Ah, yep, you’re right. She has been photo’d driving a 232, so I assumed it was this car.

Nothing, nothing, nothing is an acceptable alternative to a single cab. If your truck using goal is the least amount of flexibility possible with the lowest amount of leg room, a single cab stands alone. There’s a reason that a single cab resides at the top of every retro-contrarians nonsensical wish list!! Everyone

I mean, Tesla. Just everything Tesla. Elon must have a captive genie or something to keep on skating in court like he does. How more people cannot see this very obvious scam and scum is beyond me.

Sounds to me like marketing denying reality to increase demand.

Honestly i would recommend another GTI. The Mk7 model is vastly better than the MK6. The DSG is great. Get one and give it a rear sway bar, good tires, and aa Cobb AP with the EQT stage1 tune and youll have a car thats quite quick with over 300hp and that can get high 30s mpgs, while seating 4 and having cargo space.

I’m seeing sub-20k Mazda3 hatches in my area again, well-equipped 17' and 18's.

If Canal is his company then we’re talking about his funds anyway. People run personal expenses through their private businesses all the time, for a hell of a lot more than this (homes, boats, sports tickets...).  This is petty nonsense.

You guys are assholes for promoting this. It is never appropriate to suggest people should buy hacking devices to use against others that they dislike. That’s fucked up.

Any advice that begins with the word never. I’m particularly thinking about “never buy new”, or “never lease a car”. It’s true that buying new or leasing don’t usually make the most financial sense, but not everything in life is a dollars and cents decision. It’s up to an individual to understand their own financial

They’ll all be glowing reviews. All the weird nerds defending Tesla won’t ever admit a car they paid probably a hundred grand to their god for was anything but perfect.

Coming here from Kotaku, “absolute piece of shit, 9.9/10" is kinda the norm with anything high-profile.

No need to wait for the cYBeRtrUCk. Tesla already makes the ugliest American car - the Model 3.

You could buy a car for that much money.
