Yeah it holds onto heat from sunlight and cold more than cloth, but it also feels much nicer than cloth to many of us, holds up better than most vinyl and breathes better too, doesn’t hold onto farts and other odors and stains like cloth, and doesn’t get sticky like vinyl.

60-month, if anyone thought I actually meant 60 year and it wasn’t a typo they need their head examined.

In a normal market the residual value is often higher than the actual market value. I had many clients who leased cars and said they wanted to buy them out only to find that a similar year and mileage used one is cheaper, and we could sometimes buy them from the manufacturer off-lease as the dealer for waaay less than

Yeah the Slingshot that really stood out to me was a guy clearly like 35 dressed like he was trying to be a model for Buckle with a young boy in the passenger seat driving through a college campus like he had his son for the weekend and wanted to go try and pick up girls... total tool bag car imo not even close to

I’m surprised Vredestein tires didn’t show up on top especially for the all-seasons. They’re genuinely really good in snow, especially if you need a wider tire. Buddy of mine had some on a CLS and it was a beast in the snow.

I’ve never been able to find them on Tire Rack but I got mine by just going into Discount Tire and ordering a set.

Yeah sounds to me like they’re trying to avoid the disappointment of the CR-Z by managing expectations and hoping it doesn’t go as bad as that car did. So it’ll likely be another little turd though but at least with back seats hopefully.

There are plenty of people that get a new car every 2-3 years. It’s not necessarily a dumb thing to do, only if you actually buy a new one and specifically get a loan for one. Just lease the damn thing, if you want new cars it’s the smart thing to do.

And that cash back on normal cars drives down the price just as much in many cases. Had plenty of people trying to trade 2-3 year old Rams in when I sold cars and would have the sticker, usually showed $60k-ish, and were shocked when the offer was $35k. Yeah even if you paid $60k then, when you can get a brand new one

And Tesla owners/weird nerds were all saying because they don’t use model years, all look the same year to year, and can be upgraded, they won’t lose value as much as a normal car...

Sorry Bentley, the quilted leather looks good in your cars but it was pretty much ruined when everyone and Hyundai started doing it, and those cheap-ass looking quilted “leather” floor mats started being advertised everywhere.

Exactly. Every recommendation I make for a Mazda is an attempt to bring some joy to people’s vehicle ownership, which too many people, even a lot of self-described car enthusiasts, only see as an expense.

They really need to make a readily-available curry Ketchup. It’s big across the pond, I got some from a European deli and it was a game changer. Having it right on the grocery store shelf from Heinz? Even more of a game-changer.

I’m sure Donna Kelce is wonderful, but I’d much rather have a glass of wine with the other spokesperson Patrick Warburton.

Some manufacturers incentivize dealers for regional/local market share, so they’re disincentivized to sell out of state, and out of state buyers are much less likely to be trading in a car.

Only launch I’ve ever used must be well-designed (it’s low-traffic and semi-private too which is nice) but I’ve never had an issue. Seems like many of them are just poorly designed too which makes you need to figure things out to make it work. The launch we use is long and not steep at all, which I suppose would be an

Good for them, I always recommend Mazda to anyone who’s shopping for a Toyota or Honda. It makes sense with stuff like the CX-90 that are both really good cars and look amazing, and really aren’t that much pricier than a loaded Telluride.

Good. It does always seem to be them that cause the problems.

The Kia Soul and previously the Scion Xb were exclusively driven by 70 year old women. It’s not a cool thing, it’s the fact that it’s easy to get in and out of them while not being a high-riding car with good visibility, plus it’s cheap.
