“the car is otherwise fine,”

Not shown behind the scenes: a mountain of cocaine.

Yeah, why can’t they just stick to left wing politics?

I was a big Need for Speed fan back in the day but fell off in the PS3 era and just kinda stopped playing racing games.

Photo mode is incredible in racing games. Im pretty sure half my time spent in Gran Turismo Sport was just making photographs of my collected cars against various real-world backdrops.

Every time I experience the opening of a Horizon game, I realize I’m about to sink over 100 hours into yet another car game, but only Horizon gets me from that miniature existential crisis in a world full of larger ones and into a flow state within 5 minutes that makes me check my phone 4 hours later realizing it’s

There is a weird amount of things just straight up wrong in this article that still haven’t been updated for some reason.

That’s their playbook.

The one about orange roads is wrong, I’m afraid.

Roads you haven’t driven on are dark grey, not orange. They turn white when you’ve driven on them if they’re a paved road, and they turn red/orange when you drive on them if they’re offroad/dirt. Maybe you have some sort of accessibility option turned on that’s showing them as orange?

Nope, you’re wrong. When The Lincoln Project recently hired fake White Supremacists to stand in front of the Youngkin bus, I severed all ties with them and told them why. I don’t stand for bullshit just because it’s ‘my team’.

That sure is a lot of hypothetical there bud. Would you like to come join the reality of “shit that is actually happening”?

The fact is, the most functional and convenient way to play these classic N64 games right now (unless you have a physical N64 that still works) is to “pirate” them, and that is 100% Nintendo’s fault. They have the time and the resources to deliver a better product than any homebrew emulator could ever hope to, but

Found the Nintendo shareholder lol

What is it with you people. You just think games media should pretend that emulation doesn’t exist?

This makes pulling the Mario collection even more cynical. “Let’s make this set of games limited edition so we can stick an inferior version on our buggy online service!” Just, wow.

But you are replacing 2 pieces that have withstood the test of time with a “single piece” that is made of at least 3 pieces that require exact precision to maintain function and aesthetic. You are introducing more chances for error than you are removing.

Same.  I ended up with a Gamestop bundle that had the extra controller and Miles Morales/Demon’s Souls.  But I was going to buy those anyway, so it was fine.

That is precisely the case. The OG makers of Mortal Kombat were doing it on a shoestring budget in a backroom after their parent company finished making a football game. They had some equipment laying around, and some time on their hands. So they called up all their martial arts friends and made a video game.
