I think she very deliberately used that term for its rhetorical effect. It’s meant to raise the controversy and conversation it has, because the right are showing their asses over it, which highlights the very issue of holding these children in inhumane conditions in the first place. 

Absolutely it did not happen that way. Russia and Saudi Arabia were consulted, without question. Even for trump and his toy soldiers, going to war over a drone is too stupid. And there’s video and audio evidence, so not good enough to sell. He was told to back off this one, without a doubt.
