Apparently this is due to people falling off of PS4 as there is less focus on it, and they can’t get a PS5, so they’re kind of in limbo. No doubt coming out of covid lockdown has less people spending on entertainment at home too.

One good workaround is to use GIMP, Cinepaint, Krita, and Inkscape. They won’t do everything Adobe’s suite will, but trying to support alternatives wherever possible will help make those alternatives stronger, only using Adobe’s software when absolutely necessary.
