With each subreddit having its own strict rules that site is its own hell. You have to read a manual just to be part of a conversation and each time you change subject you gotta study up.

Damn, how can she make out what's on the TV?

It's a huge responsibility, hope it gets treated right

No, XV required an extra movie to watch. I am not making that up, it was covered on this site. X required fan theories and buying a sequel. There are more unexplained things and bad localizations that omit or misinterpret information in other FF games as well. Anyway you’re triggered and using insults so I don’t want

I guess it boils down to opinion when it comes to the characters but I thought Yuna, Wakka, and Rikku were annoying, Seymour was one dimensional, they had horrible acting and were unlikeable. Kihmari was wooden. Only Auron was interesting but still annoyingly written, his mysteriousness seemed contrived and

You are really agitated over this. These are just opinions and points of view, everyone has a different one. It’s OK if we disagree. I enjoyed the game, others in the series required supplemental material to understand too, it doesn't matter as long as the player finds it fun. You didn't, and that's OK too.

The other games with story issues in the series make you look up fan theories on the internet, or like XV they made you buy a movie for the story to make sense and buy DLC to fill in the gaps. Or FFX which doesn’t explain what happens to Tidus, so fan theories here too have to come in and they even had to make the

I guess you haven’t played many games! That’s too bad for you, I had no problem with this game’s presentation. While it isn’t a perfect game (none of them are), it is among the better FFs and I liked it a lot.

I guess I disagree because I enjoyed it. Yeah unfortunately as FF games went on they weren’t as open, but FFXIII went forward. It was way more open and likeable and understandable than FFX, plenty of people liked that. From what I read it sounds like you’re talking about that instead.

I think announcing a partnership with Philips was probably their biggest mistake because it set this whole thing off, making this was actually smart! Unfortunately they didn’t follow through. I probably would rather have had this than the N64.

If there’s no jumping it’s not Prince of Persia.

The Ghost ones were good though.

It sucks I learned this the hard way, but at least I didn’t spend too much on digital games when I found out. Unfortunately some games are digital only.

If you got it, shake it

The text doesn’t tell the entire story. Obviously there are cutscenes, in game events, talking during battles, all the normal FF stuff, and it is localized a lot better than previous games. Haha comprehensible but not comprehensive, like this game.

lol yeah they do, they all get convoluted at some point, have parts that are badly localized and some stuff doesn’t make sense, there are loose threads, or there are parts with so much condensed exposition that needs to be broken down, or it's been forever since they talk about a concept and when they bring it up

Yeah, the difference with other games is you have unofficial fan breakdowns and theories to fill in the gap written by amateurs on the internet, or as a paid extra written in a strategy guide. I’d rather have the official stuff available and incorporated free into the game, showing up at the right time.

I played it for a good while and I can see why some people enjoy it, but it is different than a FF RPG and feels like its own unique thing. I don’t know why they made them numbered FF games and not their own thing. It doesn’t fit in for me but it is cool that they can be tied in thematically with FF games, why not do

XIII was the easiest to follow and understand because it would recap and spell everything out in the log/diary, and I sympathized with the characters more because I understood them better. I liked them, only Hope and Vanille could be annoying but in the end were cool.

Yeah apparently not! They have family plans for online connection but no actual games can be played by the entire family.
