Can confirm. I’ve always preferred (and many of my friends have echoed this) a person who looks strong, fit, quick, balanced, and comfortable in their body, but not super “cut.” People who practice BJJ, dedicated yogis, and dancers are often a good example of this type.

Something about a body that LOOKS like it

...which is one of the reasons you know how much words matter. My queer kids and I appreciate your pedantry on this topic. :)

From what I can gather the word can refer to several things, including the type of canvas or cloth, OR the repeated print. <shrug>

That’s how I feel about these precious pastels.... I actually have a toile dress...but it’s black with white print and ruched and clingy and sexy as hell. Got it at a thrift store 10 years ago and it’s still one of my favorites to take on vacation cause it never wrinkles!

Here ya go. :)

Mostly people called Him The Artist when talking about Him then. The glyph was about contractual obligations with Warner Brothers that He wanted to extricate Himself from.

According to James Woods, he was blacklisted *because of* his politics. (He took the brave step of leaving the Democratic party because of Bill Clinton’s impeachment).

415-781-0500 or 1-800-273-8255

Same syllable-loving-but-not-pronouncing people came up with the names. ;)

So. Mesmerizing.

Can’t. Stop. Watching.

Yes. The connections are everything, and looking at their Wiki, there are (on top of the many people from the performing arts fields) definitely some impressive *post-*grads who came out of USC: Neil Armstrong; CEO of Trader Joe’s & presidents of Sony, Warner Brothers, and Disney; HHDL’s personal physician; Prime

And the Madecin era. And the Madisyn era. And Maddison, Maddyson, Madyson, Madysen, Madisen...I know I’m an Old for saying this, but just like uptalking or baby voices, it’s just so hard for me to take people seriously who were — I know— *given* these precious/”unique” names. It’s like they wanted to name a kid but
