I mean...I see how being hella rich and not driving and all can disconnect a person, but (full disclosure: I don’t WANT it to be Pharrell) those statements really don’t jibe with this guy, at least to my ears. Plus, EVERYONE (not just people who “know about music”) knows who Pharrell is.

a. think it’s ok for the state to take someone’s life as “punishment” for taking someone else’s (in which case, I can see the case for establishing/arguing…

But it kinda just sounds like Prince, Sade, Jill Scott, and Maxwell all got thrown in a blender together. I’d rather have all those ingredients separately, in their pure form.
