I agree with you, I’m glad that he got a settlement out of the whole thing- I think a lot of people have jumped to the conclusion that he’s automatically guilty based on what you described and from what other news sources like Jezebel have been reporting. at the end of the day I would probably trust a court decision…

In most of the episodes I’ve seen, it looks like it would be less expensive to live in an existing studio apartment or if this is not an urban area, in a small bungalow home. Some of these places have high end finishes and require a ton of customization that are pretty expensive.
