He’s 4. We decided to let his hair grow until he asked for a haircut. He asked once when he was 2 and we got it cut. It’s grown out again since then and he says he wants to grow it down to his feet. I’m not complaining. He looks like a tiny Swedish black metal dude.

Anecdotal but my son was born with a full head of hair a few inches long (I posted a pic in a different comment) and I had truly awful heartburn during my pregnancy.

This is my boy at the same age as Izzy. I think the weird factor comes from the fact that Izzy doesn’t have wispy baby fine hair and it kinda looks like a toupee due to the texture.
