hires well animated rockman, and low pallete low rez 2d textures on 3d looks really odd and out of place, why even bother with 3D?

the PS2 BC is bullshit, sony removed the hardware to do that from the 2nd gen Ps3 - they probably mean someone will write an emulator eventually (which will take a number of years to be halfway compatiable with everything)
