I enjoyed the first two episodes greatly but I do agree that episode 3 was a step up.

I know what you mean. There are too many great things on TV these days and not enough time! TV is kicking the film industry's A$$ at the moment.

Same here, when a show manages to combine all those factors and make it work it a keeper IMO.

I love that too. Claire is definitely a lead character you can root for. She is flawed, good hearted, intelligent, overly curious, adventurous and most of all independent. Also lets be honest, she is a bit of a lush and I for one love that.

Yeah, I am pleased that they are not rushing into that storyline. Claire loves and misses Frank and that is only natural.

What was everyone's favorite moment? I loved the kick under the table that moment had me in stitches. Go Claire!

I highly recommend it. IMO this is not only geared for women. It deals with so many different genres, such as history, politics, war, fantasy, time-travel, religion, society, etc. Its a great show.

I was relieved and thinking keep your mouth shut Claire!!! I love Mrs. Fitz and the relationship she is forming with Claire. So far Mrs. Fitz and Jamie are the only ones who fully seem to trust Claire.

Sixteen episodes divided in 2 arcs representing book one.

Yeah the pacing is definitely more action-packed now and from what I have heard its only going to get faster from here on out. I actually think the voiceover is getting more and more useful as the story progresses, they are also being a bit more clever in its usage.

I think the casting for this show has paid off. A lot of the actors might be rather unknown(that is a good thing IMO) but are close to perfect in their roles. Loving Mrs Fitz!!!!

I completely agree! I love the mix of comedy, danger, adventure, fantasy, politics, religion, medicine, history, romance, etc. that this show gives you all in the span of 1 hour.

IMO this episode was a bit of an improvement from the other two but I do agree that all three have been excellent.
