All good my friend! It literally comes from the gap in between the fender and the tire. The less space, the more "Flush" the tire is with the fender.

Unrelated but the large font used on that chart is from Gears of War. I know because I used the same font for some portfolio projects :)

WRX has the same AWD as the WRX STi. EVO's is better than WRX and STi's.
