Yeah, that thing is pretty nasty. I used to buy huge blocks of Styrofoam and dissolve them in gasoline. It would yield about a liter of a nasty jelly-goop substance that would stick to anything and burn for about 40min, it would also reek and blow extremely dark smoke.

I wonder what it would take to make that technology for industrial use (much more mag. power). These trains carry waaaaaaaaaaaaaay more weight that people trains.
