Just because you can it doesn't mean you should IMO. I believe human scale infrastructure is a smarter, more efficient design in every single aspect. Transportation and social interaction would be so much better.
That is awesome, I want to live there. Here you have to take the car everywhere. Buses are for poor people and bums (In Florida).
