I got these mini makeup sponges at Walgreens that I really like. I only wear under I concealer and they are the perfect size. I know it not a product necessarily but I got my forehead Botox redone which is the thing that makes me feel best.
I have the same thing with email. I have to give myself a pep talk that there is nothing there that can hurt me and I don’t have to respond if I don’t want to lol

I am with ya! January was one of the best months I have had in regard to my mental health and then yesterday sucker punched me back in to the reality of depression and anxiety. Yoga helped a little :)

It only takes 5 min plus a few more minutes to warm up to cook spaghetti squash perfectly. I got mine on amazon during their prime day sale…

I use overtones color conditioner in pastel pink to get my rose gold color. If you want it more intense put it on dry hair and let it set for 30 min. It is the best thing I have tried so far. L’oreal colorista in pastel pink is a nice cheaper alternative.
