I think that Colorado law, while well-intentioned, will probably just lead insurance companies to raise premiums. They are not just going to eat that cost.

There actually is some evidence that single men are harmed by being single, especially as they age. But that is attributed to a lack of a partner who might, for example, make sure the man goes to the doctor. So basically, they need women to help manage their lives.

He made $1 million in book sales last year, has a $200,000 a year salary in the Senate, owns three houses, and at his age, presumably has retirement accounts, plus a government pension. Owning three houses and making a million dollars in one year =/= upper middle class. That’s upper class, straight up.
