I, for one, came to see what Jon’s actual name was, and I left disappointed.

We have seen multiple trials in the series, some even with witnesses and/or chances for trial by combat. It would be very sensible for Baelish to ask for a trial, especially of the Starks who (at least in the past) have upheld their honor over even their own lives.
