Well, we drastically expanded the subs and then as traffic dropped off we lost a bunch already. They don’t have a clue what they are doing.

I don’t think that any amount of content turnaround can help. Gawker is scrounging for traffic and spoiling the whole thing with ads trying to recoup their losses.

I know it’s too late but I keep coming back hoping for a turnaround.

One should note that the lawyer could argue that it is the fault of space aliens and it would be just as legitimate. This isnt a judges ruling this is just a lawsuit arguement.

It wasn’t that long ago when we had quality material from all the Gawker sub’s. Of course, this 2 year long death spiral has gained a lot of speed.

Better method:

A polyphasic sleep cycle would be preferable. Furthermore, intervals should be geared towards multiples of 90 minutes as this is one complete cycle.

Monophasic sleep cycling will always have issues. If you repeated the same study but allowed each group a 90 minute nap in addition to those baselines you’d find that the 6 hour group performs best.

I don’t cook eggs in bottles. As the single “study” stated this only applies to some plastics.
