Sadly, by today's propulsion systems, even if we built a large colony ships to house several generations of colonists, it would take thousands of year to reach Alpha Centauri.

Well, I've spent the last three years studying game development myself. When I started, I had no illusions that it's an easy industry to get into, and I knew I had to fill out my portfolio as I went - something that sadly didn't happen as much as I had hoped.

Well, I wouldn't get too worked up about the gamer part - by the looks of it, she's one of those girl that makes a big deal about being a "gamer".
