You’re really going to differentiate between all the darn iterations of the same systems? Seems redundant and disingenuous.

I agree. Just use what you like.

I think most players would agree that one of the nice things about the vast majority of Destiny’s PvE is that “good” vs. “bad” rolls don’t really matter. Hell, as long as you’re not super concerned with ranked PvP, rolls don’t entirely matter there either.

Fuck the meta, fuck having a ton of different builds for specific activities, fuck keeping every little thing to try and build this ultimate collection...just use whatever you like.

I’m a Hunter main, and guess what my preferred loadout is? Ace of Spades/The Spiteful Fang in kinetic, The Ringing Nail/Vouchsafe in

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.

“completely fabricated events that never happened” is a weird thing to get mad about. You are aware the original game wasn’t a documentary, right?

You hit the nail on the head. That’s the first problem with all genre-gatekeeping arguments like the ones lobbed against FF13. In essence, they all boil down to “This is a bad game because I didn’t like it. Games I like have X, Y, and Z. This game did not have X or Y, and it did Z very poorly. Therefore it is a bad

Or what, Neil Tyson will tweet at me?

My favorite part is grinding random battles to extinction. You can literally (and permanently) depopulate almost every random enemy in the game and usually get a badass item for doing so.

I just started playing this, for the first time, about 2 weeks ago. Really enjoying it so far!

Hey folks! Please use the comments to talk about the games you like and the ones you wish got more attention this decade!

I feel you SO hard.. Wayfarer is the only title I’ve earned, and although I’d love to earn another, I just don’t enjoy Destiny quite as much as I used to (I used to raid day one with a dedicated clan. Now I haven’t even completed Crown of Sorrow yet).

Bungie has a lot of FOMO because earning some of these titles are locked into a 3 month season.

TBH the FOMO in the persistent online games these days often kill it for me. There’s no way realistically you’re going to be able to get everything unless you dedicate your full life for several years to a specific game and goal, and as a filthy casual who used to like to pretend he was hardcore, trying to go for that

You can still do this from better maintained library programs.

Remember when you could actually rent entire consoles from Blockbuster? That seems insane in retrospect.

Nope. I think we read somewhere this was not going to happen. We’re used to it now but would switch back to side-by-side right away if offered.

Fuck off

Why the hell would you read the YT comments!?
