Imma level with everyone here, I have one eye and, as a child, I would often take the fake one out and...pop it into my mouth. Most of the time this was done for a laugh, a scare, or both. But sometimes I just did it for fun. I was...a weird kid. 

I literally WTF’d when that trailer for Volcano High came on. It looks like the cringefest tweens from Tumblr grew up and made a video game. Hard, hard, HARD pass.

I think I’m in the majority but I did it. Reminds me of Mirrors Edge. Plus it has a retrofuturistic feel.

Thats pessimistic, and not true. I played three recent games this weekend that don't have any of these aspects. 

I am absolutely fed up with seasonal models, games as a service and battle passes. Wake me when this nightmare ends. 

Most likely reason is because we know the new tower is set to sustain heavy damage soon and it would have been silly to build this huge statue only to have it obliterated.

I wouldn’t say that surprise is overrated, but I agree that knowing the end of a story shouldn’t spoil the story. People get so wrapped up in conclusions that they forget that the story isn’t a linear series of plot points, or at least a good story isn’t. A good story is driven by character and how those characters…
