It is very beloved by me!

Gross.

I was thinking the same thing. All of these updates have been free. My best guess is that they made sooooo much money from VCs in the beginning that they still haven’t spent even a fraction of it.

Was it just me, or did the final evolutions of the starters (with perhaps the exception of Grookey) feel really...fury-esque. I honestly banked my Sobble after it evolved into whatever that weird fetish monster that was its final form.

Love that movie. Love Destiny. Hate the current state of this game.

You’re not wrong, but the monetization of games through tournaments an d esports is another one of my big complaints so it doesn’t really shift my point of view. The moment you stop doing something for fun is the moment it needs to be reevaluated.

This is one of my biggest complaints with the modern state of gaming. Back before “persistent” games like this people weren’t beholden to the whims of a company like Epic. If you wanted to team up with your buddy in Goldeneye to try and take down your more skilled friend Rare wasn’t going to send you a cease and

Bungie claimed this is a “marathon” huh. Have people considered the answer is time-gated? (haha get it.)

I still don’t get the ASMR trend. I honestly thought is was just a sexual thing for a long time.

So they found one final means of rereleasing Skyrim.

True, but Buffy followed that episode with “The Body” which is one of the most thoughtful episodes of the show ever.

LFM: Must have Gallahorn.

Amen!

I’ve been running my masterworked Tigerspite since Forsaken.

Stop worrying about FOMO in Destiny. It has crippled my desire to play a game I love. So I’m not going to worry about it anymore. I won’t be buying anymore season passes. I’m just going to play the game and enjoy the parts I love.

Movie was great. So was Last Jedi. If you can’t enjoy a fun, sci-fi movie with good pathos then that’s on you. I really enjoyed it.

My relationship with Destiny is so love hate these days. D1 felt...special. Like I was part of a secret club. The first two years of D2 were different, but not terrible. Forsaken blew me away. But ever since new light the game feels...gimmicky. Even though we are getting amazing things (like Saint 14 in game) it feels

I see people are already coming out of the woodwork to attack this but it was an excellent retrospect.

That was such a cool idea, too!

Yay for giving Lightning Returns the recognition it so rightly deserves!! That game was so criminally underrated.

After nearly the same amount of time (granted, across both Destiny games) I’ve just earned my first title, and one of the only that can be done solo (the way I play) Wayfarer. And after the grind for those last few escalation protocol weapons I’m good on titles.
