Love that movie. Love Destiny. Hate the current state of this game.

You’re not wrong, but the monetization of games through tournaments an d esports is another one of my big complaints so it doesn’t really shift my point of view. The moment you stop doing something for fun is the moment it needs to be reevaluated.
One more reason we shouldn’t abandon physical media.
This is one of my biggest complaints with the modern state of gaming. Back before “persistent” games like this people weren’t beholden to the whims of a company like Epic. If you wanted to team up with your buddy in Goldeneye to try and take down your more skilled friend Rare wasn’t going to send you a cease and…
I don’t understand why the changed the setting from Oklahoma to Georgia? What’s the point in that? The Oklahoma landscape was a part of the narrative, are they still going to set the climax in Texas? Wouldn’t make much sense now.
She’s going to fuck that tilt-a-whirl. You know she is.
Bungie claimed this is a “marathon” huh. Have people considered the answer is time-gated? (haha get it.)
I still don’t get the ASMR trend. I honestly thought is was just a sexual thing for a long time.
The advertising model needs to die. But that doesn’t mean giving out content for free. It’s been proven time and time again that consumers are willing to pay for ad-free content. Even if it is a premium price. We deserve to live in a world free of advertising. Or at the very least, a world in which we can choose to be…
So they found one final means of rereleasing Skyrim.
True, but Buffy followed that episode with “The Body” which is one of the most thoughtful episodes of the show ever.
The content creators are getting paid, its the massive corporate dicks who have all decided they each need their own special little streaming service that are causing the issue here.
LFM: Must have Gallahorn.
Amen!
I’ve been running my masterworked Tigerspite since Forsaken.
Stop worrying about FOMO in Destiny. It has crippled my desire to play a game I love. So I’m not going to worry about it anymore. I won’t be buying anymore season passes. I’m just going to play the game and enjoy the parts I love.
Or we can all admit that George Lucas had no -ing clue what he was doing when he made the original trilogy, and no way of knowing that he’d some day make three more prequel movies. Hence the many inconsistencies and retcons between the two trilogies.
Of all the things to get a sequel/spinoff in 2020 one of the puppets from Puppetmaster was not on my radar.
Movie was great. So was Last Jedi. If you can’t enjoy a fun, sci-fi movie with good pathos then that’s on you. I really enjoyed it.
My relationship with Destiny is so love hate these days. D1 felt...special. Like I was part of a secret club. The first two years of D2 were different, but not terrible. Forsaken blew me away. But ever since new light the game feels...gimmicky. Even though we are getting amazing things (like Saint 14 in game) it feels…
I see people are already coming out of the woodwork to attack this but it was an excellent retrospect.
