When I travel I avoid tourist sites like the plague. Went to NYC and skipped the Empire State Building and the big ass harbor statue. Did hit up the square though, tried to act as non touristy as possible. Even punched a guy for a taxi.

I ran into an issue shortly after clearing the opening section. I love exploring. So naturally I took my level 5 self out into the wilderness and went for it. I found my way to Novigrad, but now I'm stuck on a boat getting attacked by level 15 pirates with my last save hours earlier.

There is actually a glitch on the hive level that some randoms on LFG showed me. To the right of the entrance there is a ledge you can jump up on the will keep the majority of the mobs from spawning during the mine portions.

Some people just don't like having to reach out to strangers. It's easier to just be randomly paired with people and not have to worry about putting yourself out there.
