There's an awful lot that people will put up with if a star is making them money, though. Everything I've read about Robert Blake suggests he was regularly horrible to work with (like physically attacking the original director of Electra Glide in Blue during a table read, then getting him fired immediately after) but

Hence the qualifier "primarily." Eat a banana, you'll feel better.

She's last year's Lena Dunham. Not sure who this year's is at this point, though.

It's not really a sexism question, just an observation. Lily Allen, Iggy Azelia, Gwen Stefani, Avril Lavigne all come to mind, but the only relatively recent example I can think of is Eminem.

Schuluminati? Illschuminati? Illumischmati?

I'll remember your words the next time I see an article on Har Mar Superstar, Josh Gad, or Steve Buscemi, seeing as, by your criteria, one must be talented AND attractive to make it in entertainment.

I think that's the sticking point with the Apatow/Feig/etc crowd right there. At least TV gives them strict running times to adhere to, so they have to keep the improv schtick contained. I feel much the same about John Oliver. I've seen several segments from his show, and not one has told me anything I didn't already know, or wasn't already on board with. Coupled with their blatant design as clickbait, I usually roll my eyes when they turn up as "news" in my feed. To be honest, Oliver's segments stink

No Chopper Chicks In Zombietown?

That accordion solo, though.

Big, big smile on my face all through this. Not like the Inland Empire clown face, just to clarify.

You've been Assanged!

Shorter version: paranoid people are paranoid.

The internet thing reminds me of the chapter in Jon Ronson's Them: Adventures With Extremists in which Alex Jones furiously accuses a nearby telephone repairman of being an NWO agent because his internet is slow just as his show is about to stream.

Both the trailers for this and the upcoming Power Rangers movies look disturbingly similar (i.e. awesomely bland).
