At first, but tech always trickles down.
Deadspin never “stuck to sports,” so that directive was basically changing the entire website. And the directive was coming down because the things Deadspin talked about made the owners of G/O personally upset. Which is NOT a legitimate reason to heavy-hand the editors of the news organization you bought.
I don’t think hot-swapping batteries is ever going to be the way to go with EVs, so fast-charging would be cool. Lots of strategy, too! Do you take in an extra 90 seconds of charge for a bit of over-boost at the end of a race? Or head out earlier and try to conserve your power?
So you’re saying you want these sports stuck to you? I dig it!
Because I’m an absolutely monster with a fucked up palate, you can all send your uneaten Almond Joys, black licorice, and Hot Tamales to me.
Getting sticky lollypops out of long tangled hair is a time-honored Halloween tradition.
Merci mon ami.
I liked this, then saw it was sitting at 69 likes. I can’t be the 70th, so +1
Just saying, there are podcasts that discussed nothing but Medieval mustard recipes that pull in five-figures a month on Patreon. Dump this fucking site and go behind a paywall.
There is still Jalopnik, which I suspect will get a similar “sTiCk To CaRs” directive. And io9, but even that is like a sub-blog of Gizmodo, so what the fuck.
Half of them aren’t even plugged in to anything. Much like the neurons in our Big Wet President’s yogurt brain.
This. Slavery ended in 1865, but there are people alive today who couldn’t legally vote! That’s insane!
White people don’t . . . wash their legs?!
There’s also this weird thing with an iron cross tattoo she has. Like, this progressive Democrat is a SECRET NAZI.
The Trump taxcut was $1.5 trillion, so you could give $9,000+ in subsidies to everyone buying an EV if you repealed it!
CA still has good incentives but they taper off at certain income levels. I got a raise so I need to buy one before my next set of tax returns are done! :(
An EV charged on the average utility electricity mix in the US still emits far fewer emissions per mile than an ICE car. That difference skyrockets in states with lots of renewables like CA and, increasingly, the mid-west.
