I don't know why I laughed when I see that symbian didn't even make the list of platforms.

@Alfisted: I am all for nooting rook

@ps61318: Try to do percentages and other things.

@Tetsuooooooo: The most popular apps are anti-virus? Hardly.

@usedtowork: Download numbers of apps can be seen (in rough), and the sales tend to be quite good. There are many apps with over a million downloads. So I have no idea why they are not gathered together and released in a report.

@im2fools: There is nothing to suggest he was doing it knowingly, in his mind he just brought OEM parts. Which would make perfect sense to a teched-up 17 year old.

@hcho321: It is not about who will win or not, because the sheer imbalance of the case is obvious to us. But that doesn't stop the fact that this is mostly complete garbage, and is a massive legal grey area. I don't blame the kid for doing it at all.

@snarky30: My guess would be that Apple own the rights to distribute the parts, and that the Foxconn employee sold them to the kid without the permission.

@hcho321: Dude, the kid has no idea that they were stolen. He thought he was buying genuine OEM parts, and to be honest, so would I in his position.

@goldentreesang: They are suing him on "selling stolen goods".

@hcho321: I don't think you quite understand how the law works. He hasn't copied or stolen any design. He has brought the parts from the company who make the parts for the iPhone, he has done nothing wrong,

@B_Ren: To my knowledge, pretty much.

@vsound: See my below comment. Because of the reputation of the company who are making these (ZoundIndustries, not Marshall as you would expect). I suspect these are mostly for show. You would be better off with something like ATH-M50 or Grado's

A quick note for any audiophile interested in giving them a listen.

@TheCrudMan: Delayed response, but in my searching I have seen absolutely no mention of price. There is nothing to complain about if it isn't known.

@edck: in my browsing, I haven't ever come across one.

@hostile-17: The big buttons help out older people, which is probably going to be the main audience for this thing.

@muledogus: it seems to me that the website is buggy, but the actual system is solid. When using other messengers to access facebook chat (trillian, pidgin, whatever), it seems to work flawlessly.
