During tonight’s episode, did anyone else, at the explosion, see the infamous piece of graphite fly through the air and linger on the screen? I could’ve sworn I saw that, and it caused me to laugh loudly (although not out of disrespect... it was more of a nervous laughter).

This really is becoming a word-of-mouth type show. I’ll be interested to read the AVC review... incidentally, as others have pointed out, also listen to the podcast with the writer. There’s a podcast episode for each show episode, and it really enhances the experience.

It depends if you’re looking at it through a 2019 lens or a mid-80s lens. Many of the laws in place now were not in place back then, and I don’t think the culture-at-large would’ve looked down on it (ironically, those who most would have looked down on it were conservative Christians).
