I am not surprised in the least. There should be more jobs for women writers.

I have a huge brain crush on Jessica Williams and her comedy. I want to shout "thank you" at my screen.

Hahaha. I once had a long argument with a girl about her "authentic Japanese wedding kimono", which she had purchased from Hong Kong, and was OMBRE YELLOW AND PINK. Oh, the face palms...

Have you ever tried yoga? Or another body-weight based exercise? I found the more I knew about my muscles feeling used, the more I used my growing muscles. One particular yoga studio had a great teacher, and I saw a lot of benefit from the exercises there, and always left sweaty.

I have severe book envy.

This is going to sound terrible, but I got some overseas that I think would work well. They are like little padded boxes, with behind the ear hooks, and a little bump to sit them into your earballs comfortably. They have a little clicky ratchet to adjust the tension/size. I will find them, and photo them for you,

I own a ton of tech gear that's UPF 50, mostly over-shirts. My gloves would not be cotton, unless they were the awesome cotton driving gloves they sell in Japan just for this purpose.

No, actually! The sensible, yet stylish, Okaa-san look! With a dash of Hepburn thrown in. They are serious about their sun protection in Japan, and I frequently kick myself for not buying stuff when I had the chance.

Oooooo, nice! I have a couple large to gigantic hats, mostly acquired since upping my altitude and sun factor. My favorite was from a ren faire hat seller, and it's a GhengisKim-brella! Sucker is heavy enough, no clip necessary.

The real answer; fabulous gigantic hats, and fabulous long gloves, and other fabulous items to hide from the burning.

Thank Bob all pups are little cuties, and the one you get will be just as great.

Good to know. My neighbor loves Orijen, I will keep an eye out. Supposedly Evanger's owns their canning/packing factory, so it's cheaper for them to NOT outsource. With the Zuke's buyout, I may just start making my own pup treats...

Oh wow. She stopped selling Zuke's b/c of the Purina buyout? I may have to consider switching, then.

What is your opinion on the higher-end brands (Evanger's, Merrick's, etc) canned dog foods? I haven't done as much research, but it seemed like hand-packed chunks of meat, veg, and some supplements, cooked in can, would be okay....but I worry.

What's your dog's normal kibble, if I can be super nosy? My pup loved Fromm's at first, but seemed to get tired of it after a bag. I got her to eat by putting 1/4 can of wet food (Evanger's) on top of the kibble, until the abscess in her mouth got too big, got taken to surgery, and then she got a soft food only diet.

A local (expensive!) indie pet store bakes their own (expensive!) dog cookies, with human grade ingredients, listed right on the case...they all smell absolutely delicious.

Gotta be the same dudes who sit in strip clubs/dance bars, and don't tip the naked ladies.

I tried to go see a dietician, for weight gain, and it was basically an hour long "LetMeGoogleThatForYou" farce. LifeHacker had food color wheel graphic that was more helpful. The woman literally handed me printouts from SparkPeople.com and the US Food whatever website. She was perplexed that I wanted a healthy diet

It is not unreasonable for someone to charge a $500 pattern creation fee for a custom item. That said, one measurement/patterning session for your basic 'building' block will let you make unlimited clothes to your fit. With an experienced person, you could get a custom shirt made in 2-4 hrs, for under $100, that will

I venture we are afraid our friends, our likability, are finite, and we will lose too many, too soon, and wind up with no one
