She is delightful! Has she always been this delightful? Am I just completely out of the loop? The loop of delightful people?

Yay! :D

I honestly didn't assume that they got married. I assumed that now that Ted has had his wife/living-in-sin-partner and kids that he would be okay just dating and being companions. I thought that was a pretty big moment for Ted, actually, that he was so happy just being with Tracy instead of needing the big wedding and

In the back of my mind I kept expecting a cop to come out of nowhere and be like "WHY DIDNT YOU PAY?!?!?! JAIL FOR YOU!" But it didn't happen which is cool because I was like 6 months pregnant at the time and totally focused on getting to In N Out burger.

Haha I've only driven in the DFW area maybe three times since I moved down this way. One time was when my family flew down to visit me right after I moved. They had tried to insist on just driving themselves to our house but I just would not let them. It was when we finally exited the Metroplex that my mother

Let me tell you, I have actually driven 90 on 696 while very aware of my phone so your fears are valid. haha We had a family emergency in Port Huron and I had to get from Ypsi to PoHo at warp speed. Thank god it was late and also Christmas so there was almost no one on the road. Its that 696/275 switch that always

It was strange because in my memory the little car looked like the flying car from Harry Potter but surely that can't be accurate. haha It was probably just blue and my brain made it more interesting. Harry and Ron on the run!

Right? I used to have to do the trek from Ypsi to Detroit on 94 four times a week and then once a week go from Ypsi to Farmington Hills at rush hour. I still don't like 75, though. Avoided that like a plague.

Once I was driving on the interstate in Michigan (where speed limits are only a suggestion so I was already going 80mph in a 70mph zone) and a little car zoomed passed me, zig zagging around traffic.

Yeah, that's what my question to him was but he wanted to call his wife just to double check.

I've never worked in a restaurant but I did have a funny moment once while working at a higher end grocery story (trying to be like Whole Foods). A man with a list in his hand approached me with a confused look on his face. When I asked if I could help him his reply was, "Small cow milk?" I thought for a second and

"You can be my neighbor, but not my friend"

That was my second thought after My Big Fat Greek Wedding!

So I was listening to Drake yesterday (like you do) and I realized that Rick Ross made what might've been an Ike/Tina reference in his verse on "Lord Knows". Has anyone else noticed it? Is this a new thing?

:( I lucked out my OB and the nurses were all awesome. Probably my only complaint was the anesthesiologist who put in the epi because it took him three tries. :-/

In all honesty, I'm kind of liking the later milestones because I can't believe 8 months have already passed. I need time to stop for a little while! Girlfriend still isn't showing any signs of teeth so I'm taking that as a sign that she'll be my (not so) teeny baby forever. Right? That's how that works?

:( That nurse was (and probably still is) not nice.

Yay! Those milestones are so much fun! We've almost got the crawl down but its still pretty close to "army crawl" status. haha Mobility!

Baby girl is almost 8 months old so I feel like that memory is distant enough that I've forgotten most of the pain. By the time we're ready for another one in a few years I'll have forgotten all about it haha

Duuuuude seriously. I held out as long as I could but after my water had been broken for like 7 hours and I had only dilated another two cms, I needed a break. I went from 5 cm to 9cm in an hour and had the baby two hours after that. (Only because they made me wait because my doctor had gone MIA while en route. I
