There's no such thing as cheating, just academic improvisation.

Seems like it's time for the yearly Jalopnik safe-winter-driving article. It seems like they've had one every year since I started reading the site. Engine braking, don't floor the gas or mash the brake, keep space blanket/ hand warmers in your car just in case, etc.

#8: why do they have ear plugs in the car?

Ford said they'd continue the Cobra Jet, right? Maybe they'll keep an LRA in that?

I've hardly read any, but the most recent was "He Crashed Me So I Crashed Him Back" about when NASCAR really hit it big on TV and landed a place in the limelight of American TV. I'd certainly recommend it.

I never asked for anything official. Just a badge with three letters: SVO. Anyone who knows cars (I'm not saying this sarcastically, it's obvious you do know cars because of how you've been responding) will associate that with a turbocharged, 4-cylinder Mustang. Which is exactly what we have here.

The SVO wasn't the "hottest thing." It really didn't fare well in comparison to the GT because people liked the V8's and no one cared about MPG back then. What made the 80's SVO different was that it had the turbo 4-banger. Just like what we're talking about here. I understand why you liken it to a Cobra as SVT did

I robot car revolution? Sounds like the premise of a Jalopnik-directed movie.

I'm pretty sure Ford could make an SVO badge for reminiscences' sake.

As long as they don't replace the cars we love and want to drive ourselves, I'm fine with it.

Not even the wastegate?

I understand what you're saying. The Mustang has arguably more heritage behind it than any other car. And the Mustang II fiasco hopeully will never repeat itself. However, the SVO gave similar power figures at the time to the V8, except it had less weight and better gas mileage. I'm just saying that a little

Autonomous cars are a great idea from a safety standpoint. Consider it this way: if someone decides to text while driving or drive drunk, they should be forced to use an autonomous car for a year and not be allowed to drive themselves or other people around. If they do something more dire? If or when they get out of

I started thinking about what if we used autonomous cars as punishment. Drunk driving? You have ride in one for a year. Texting while driving? Same thing. Hurt/kill another person? If/when you get out of jail, you have to drive one for the rest of your life. Can't afford one? Well than you shouldn't've been such an

The only heresy is that it isn't being called the SVO.

Dangit, you beat me to it!

Godspeed Mr. Walker.
